The Avery SF
The Avery San Francisco is a collection of new highrise condo residences located across the street from The Metropolitan. These exclusive residences will start on the 33rd floor, and will have the stunning views of the San Francisco Bay, the Bay Bridge, and the city skyline. The 55-story tower is designed by internationally renowned architect Rem Koolhaas and the condo interiors will be designed by Clodagh Design, based out of New York, New York. Here are some progress shots of the building as seen from the Fremont offramp. The exterior is looking a lot like the renderings, which can be viewed at the new condo building page for 400 Folsom.
