Understanding investment trends and how it pertains to the overall economy and real estate is my expertise. For the past two decades, I have helped condo investors maximize their profits by following the real estate market closely and advising on prime selling conditions. I also know what it takes to navigate through the finer points of buying new from a developer. 20+ Years of Experience

I started selling South Beach real estate as a new home sales manager for The Metropolitan when it was newly built. As the residential real estate market in SoMa took off, I continued to fine-tune a business model that catered to the specific needs of buyers and sellers of new highrise condos in the newly established South Beach and Mission Bay areas.
